Return Policy

All items purchased at full price/15% discount or less are eligible for return within 7 days (for online orders, within 7 days of receiving your item).  Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a confirmation email of your return and a full refund less the original shipping costs will be posted to your account within 3 business days. 

Please follow the instructions below.

  • If you purchased in store with us, we are happy to assist you with your return/exchange in store within 7 calendar days of your purchase.
  • If you purchased online, request an online return here or by emailing hello@shoptruemuse.com, with the subject line "Return: [your order number]" within 7 calendar days of receiving your item.  Please give your reason for the return/exchange and we will send you a pre-paid return label via email.  All returns will be sent through USPS or UPS.
  • Returns must be received by USPS or UPS within 3 business days of return request, otherwise you will not be reimbursed and the return will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. If an online order, please include your package slip with the return.  
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Exchange Policy

All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of the exchange being processed, a full refund will be issued.

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a completely different style, we ask that you return the original purchase and place a new order for the new style.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

Q: How much does shipping cost & when will it arrive?

A: We offer the following shipping rates:

  • Free Priority Mail Shipping with orders over $100!
  • USPS First Class: 2-5 business days transit $6 *US Orders
  • Priority Mail: 1-3 transit
 $12 *US Orders
  • Priority 1 Day: 1-2 day transit $30 *US Orders

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We do! However, international shipping varies depending on location. Note shipping costs at checkout.

Q: Where can I find my tracking number?

A: As soon as we dispatch your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. USPS is our designated shipper.  USPS will also send you a dispatch notification via email. If you still haven’t received one within 48 hours of placing your order, please email us at hello@shoptruemuse.com quoting your order reference number which can be found on your order confirmation email.  

Q: What if I am not there when my order is delivered?

A: Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

Q: How do I change the shipping address?

A: Within an hour of placing your order, please contact us at hello@shoptruemuse.com.

If your order has been dispatched already, please arrange with USPS directly.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your returns & exchanges policy?

A: Return Policy:

  • Returns on full priced items are FREE!
  • Request a return here or by emailing hello@shoptruemuse.com, with the subject line "Return: and your order number".  Please give your reason for return/exchange and we will send you a USPS pre-paid return label via email.  All returns will be sent through USPS.
  • We must receive your return within 30 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund. 
  • Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return. 
  • Return requests must be received within 25 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase), at our warehouse. The 25 days starts from the day the order was received by the customer. Returns older than 30 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense. 
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Discounts & Promo Codes

    Q: Can I apply a discount code after I place my order?

    A: Unfortunately, no discount codes can be applied after an order is placed.

    Q: Can customers use multiple discount codes on a single order?

    A: Discount codes don't stack. If you have a 10% off discount, you can't also use a "free shipping" coupon. Only one discount at a time can apply to a single order. We would suggest using the coupon with the deepest discount :)

    Gift Cards

    Q: How do I use my gift card online?

    A: At checkout, input the gift card in the box labeled "promo" code and available funds on your gift card will be applied to the subtotal of your purchase
