All full priced items are eligible for return within 25 days of shipment. Once we receive the returned item we will send you a confirmation email of your return and a full refund will be posted to your account within 3 business days.
Please follow the instructions below.
- Request a return here or by emailing email@example.com, with the subject line "Return: and your order number". Please give your reason for return/exchange and we will send you a USPS pre-paid return label via email. All returns will be sent through USPS.
- We must receive your return within 25 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund.
- Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.
- Returns must be received within 25 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase), at our warehouse. The 25 days starts from the day the order was received by the customer. Returns older than 30 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of the exchange being processed, a full refund will be issued.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a completely different style, we ask that you return the original purchase and place a new order for the new style.
