Return Policy

All items purchased at full price/15% discount or less are eligible for return within 7 days (for online orders, within 7 days of receiving your item).  Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a confirmation email of your return and a full refund will be posted to your account within 3 business days. 

Please follow the instructions below.

  • If you purchased in store with us, we are happy to assist you with your return/exchange in store within 7 days.
  • If you purchased online, request an online return here or by emailing hello@shoptruemuse.com, with the subject line "Return: [your order number]" within 7 days of receiving your item.  Please give your reason for the return/exchange and we will send you a pre-paid return label via email.  All returns will be sent through USPS or UPS.
  • Returns must be received by USPS or UPS within 3 business days of return request, otherwise you will not be reimbursed and the return will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. If an online order, please include your package slip with the return.  
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Exchange Policy

All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of the exchange being processed, a full refund will be issued.

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a completely different style, we ask that you return the original purchase and place a new order for the new style.
