All unworn apparel that was purchased from this website or in store at full price or with a discount of 15% or less, are in new unworn condition with tags attached, and in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of purchase (for online within 7 days of receipt) for a refund. Pieces purchased from our Sale section are final sale.
For online orders, your return must be in transit back to us within 24 hours of your approved return qualify for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Any full price item purchased with a discount code of 16% or more is not eligible for a refund.
Our return/exchange process is free. However, if you earned free shipping on an order of $150 or more and your return results in your original subtotal falling below $150 you will be charged for the shipping costs waived on your original order.

Your Return Is Not Free IF:
You earned free shipping on an order of $85 or more and your return results in your original subtotal falling below $85. You will be charged for the shipping costs waived on your original order. For exchanges, we do cover the cost of shipping any new pieces from our warehouse to you!

Free Priority Mail Shipping with orders over $150!
USPS First Class: 2-5 business days transit $8 *US Orders
Priority Mail: 1-3 transit $16 *US Orders
Priority 1 Day:1-2 day transit $30 *US Orders
As soon as we dispatch your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. USPS is our designated shipper. USPS will also send you a dispatch notification via email. If you still haven’t received one within 48 hours of placing your order, please email us at email@example.com quoting your order reference number which can be found on your order confirmation email.
Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
Discounts & Promo Codes
Unfortunately, no discount codes can be applied after an order is placed.
Discount codes don't stack. If you have a 10% off discount, you can't also use a "free shipping" coupon. Only one discount at a time can apply to a single order. We would suggest using the coupon with the deepest discount :)
At checkout, input the gift card in the box labeled "promo" code and available funds on your gift card will be applied to the subtotal of your purchase
Yes, if the purchase was made with a gift card it can be refunded to the same card
