All unworn apparel that was purchased from this website or in store at full price or with a discount of 15% or less, are in new unworn condition with tags attached, and in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of purchase (for online within 7 days of receipt) for a refund. Pieces purchased from our Sale section are final sale.

For online orders, your return must be in transit back to us within 24 hours of your approved return qualify for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Any full price item purchased with a discount code of 16% or more is not eligible for a refund.

Our return/exchange process is free. However, if you earned free shipping on an order of $150 or more and your return results in your original subtotal falling below $150 you will be charged for the shipping costs waived on your original order.

All items in our sale section are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit unless your items are damaged upon receiving them, or they are not the correct product(s) you ordered.

Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will be processed to your original form of payment.

3. Your return request is within 14 days of purchase 

Your return must be in transit back to us with 3 days of your confirmed return request to qualify for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Your Return Is Not Free IF:

1. You earned free shipping on an order of $85 or more and your return results in your original subtotal falling below $85. You will be charged for the shipping costs waived on your original order. For exchanges, we do cover the cost of shipping any new pieces from our warehouse to you!
2. All items in our sale section are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit unless your items are damaged upon receiving them, or they are not the correct product(s) you ordered

Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will be processed to your original form of payment within 3 business days.

While we hope this doesn’t happen, if you’ve exchanged an item and your exchange piece also does not fit, we can offer you a refund in store credit or back to your original payment method. We are not able to offer a second exchange.

If you choose a refund in store credit, you will be refunded the original price you paid for the item in store credit. Any shipping you paid on your original order will not be refunded.

As soon as we dispatch your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. USPS is our designated shipper.  USPS will also send you a dispatch notification via email. If you still haven’t received one within 48 hours of placing your order, please email us at hello@shoptruemuse.com quoting your order reference number which can be found on your order confirmation email.

Unfortunately, no discount codes can be applied after an order is placed.
