Is my item eligible for free return?

Your Return Is Free If:

1. Item should be unworn, purchased from this website at full price or with a discount of 15% or less, in new condition with tags, and in original packaging
2. Your return request is within 30 days of purchase 
3. Your return must be in transit back to us by the 30th day after your order was placed to qualify for a return for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Your Return Is Not Free If:

1. If you earned free shipping on an order of $85 or more and your return results in your original subtotal falling below $85 you will be charged for the shipping costs waived on your original order. For exchanges, we do cover the cost of shipping any new pieces from our warehouse to you!
2. All items in our sale section are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit unless your items are damaged upon receiving them, or they are not the correct product(s) you ordered

Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will be processed to your original form of payment within 3 business days.
